All personal information required by SurfDogz.com to process and ship your order will be used only in conjunction with your transactions with SurfDogz.com. None of your personal information will be disclosed to anyone without your explicit permission.
CUSTOMER SATISFACTION POLICY
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it postpaid and undamaged within 15 days of receipt for an exchange, credit, or full refund at your option. Should your purchase arrive damaged, do not return it immediately. Contact SurfDogz.com for instructions on how proceed. Except for damaged or defective products, shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable. Returns for any reason require prior authorization by SurfDogz. A 10 percent restock charge may be deducted from refunds and exchange credits.
SHIPPING POLICY
Except as noted for specific products, $8 will be added to each order to cover surface shipping and handling cost (within the contiguous United States). Special shipping prices and restrictions are noted with some products in our catalog. Shipping will generally be by UPS Surface, or Priority Mail. For shipping to Hawaii and Puerto Rico, the actual cost of Priority Mail shipping will be added to the order. If you require RUSH delivery or have other individual requirements, contact SurfDogz.com for information.
We pride ourselves on our personalized customer service and will ship your order as soon as possible. Most items in stock should arrive within two weeks -- local Californian orders will arrive even sooner. However, in special cases delivery may take up to thirty days. If you are not satisfied with our timing, please call us for an explanation and an estimate. We are a private business and sometimes delays are inevitable -- although we always do our best to ship your orders immediately (same-day if possible), please allow plenty of time for orders placed prior to major holidays.
